Due to the continuing forecasted winds, there will be no afterschool program today, Thursday, January 14. All kids will ride the normal 3:30 bus routes today.

Our 21st Century After School Program will be starting Tuesday, January 5th. The program runs from 3:30-5:30 Monday-Thursday. If you're interested in the program but have not yet returned your registration form, please do so by Tuesday. Your child will not be able to participate without a completed form.

The internet at Wakpala Public School has been restored. Remote, online learners are now able to connect. Thank you for your patience.

Classes will resume tomorrow, Monday, January 4th on our regular schedule. We hope you had a great Christmas Break!

There will be no school from Dec. 21st through Jan. 1, 2021 for the holidays. Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday and we will see you all next year! School will resume on Jan. 4, 2021

Wakpala Public School has almost 50 desks & over 40 tables available to give away. The desks are 30h x 20d x 26w. The tables are 28h x 30d x 72w. The tables are heavy duty! If interested, please come to the school on December 21st from 12-4pm to pick up!

There will be a 1 pm dismissal on Friday, December 18th. Have a great Christmas Break & we'll see everyone back on Monday, January 4th!

Our after school program will be starting soon & we're excited to get started! Students will participate in academic, enrichment & cultural activities Monday - Thursday from 3:30-5:30 pm CST.
Students have been sent home with an application. If you are interested in having your child participate in the program, please have it returned as soon as possible. Your child will not be able to participate until the application has been returned.
