Teacher of the Year Nominations It is once again time to make your nominations for 'Wakpala Teacher of the Year' 2022! Please take the time to fill out the nomination form and return it to Mr. Shillingstad by February 23rd. Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to nominate a deserving teacher in the past. It's awesome to see the support you have for your child's educators!
Girls Basketball Region The girls basketball region tournament games have been postponed due to weather. When a revised schedule has been developed we will post for everyone’s information.
No School - February 21 There will be no school on Monday February 21st in observance of Presidents Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday February 22nd.
COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic IHS Public Health nurses will be at the Wakpala School gymnasium on February 23rd at 10 am-2 pm for a voluntary COVID-19 vaccination event. A student who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to fill out paperwork and receive the vaccine. The parent/guardian must come to the front office to check-out the student before receiving the vaccine.
MS Basketball Game There will be a Middle School Boys Basketball Game today against McLaughlin at Wakpala at 5:30 pm CST.
No After-School Program tomorrow, February 16th There will be no after-school program tomorrow, February 16th due to the scheduled home Basketball game.
